I really do like this effect but I have one problem. Because when you put a card on a 10, Jack, Queen, or King you're only putting down 1 card. This means that there is a chance that you have 1 card left, with no 10s, Jacks, Queens, or Kings to only put one card on. So you find two card that add up to ten. No matter which pile you put the last card on, when you take away piles there will be 3 piles left instead of 2. I always go through tricks a few times myself before showing and while practicing I was left with three piles just like how I explained. With a 3, 3, and 2 showing. So now what do I do? The spectators cards were a 7 and an 8. Any tips on showing how I can fix this?

The reason is you took out all the cards that add up to ten so the only cards you have left adds up to ten with the cards the spectator chose.
Its still a cool trick though!!!

Did you noticed that if the spectator take the following couple of cards you'll end with no pile on the table : 9+1 / 8+2 / 7+3 / 6+4 / 5+5 / when the spectator choose two cards that make 10 you'll end with no pile ^^

Ps:Sorry if my english is bad i'm french :)

The reason that this trick works is because every card in the deck can add up to 10 I don't know how it works when if the person got 2 10 you should be able to guess because what plus 0=10 and if they only got one 10 you should have 1 pile left so you can figure out that it is f10 and a number.

awesome trick but a little confusing

sometimes it doesn't work, when somebody got a ten and jacks for their cards.. i can't guess it.. when i tried it there was no cards remain so i have no idea about their card..

Peronsly, I think this card trick is amazaing !! Everytime I tried it, it always worked -_-. I spent a few minutes trying to figure out why/how it works, and unfortunatly, never found why ... Anyways, great trick, please upload more tricks like this one !
